Julie Sievert

Julie brings wide-ranging expertise to her work leading family office services at Vernal Point, having worked closely with four of the Forbes 400 families.  She has worked extensively with families during times of transition or when refining processes within their current family office structure.

Julie was most recently Senior Vice President of Family Office Services for Seattle Bank. While at Seattle Bank, Julie led a team that provided outsourced family office services to clients. Julie joined the bank when Seattle Bank acquired her professional services firm in early 2019.

Julie began her career in family office in 2008 when she joined Threshold Group, a multi-family office founded by the Russell Family of Russell Investments. During her five years at Threshold Group, Julie acted as relationship manager for a large family foundation client and oversaw all aspects of the client relationship while leading the client service team. Julie also held operational roles including finance and administration manager where her responsibilities included supervision of Threshold’s accountants and bookkeepers, approving client money moves and acting as signer on client’s bill payment accounts.

Julie started her career at PwC in their Anchorage office. Julie holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Alaska, and is Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
